Jerry has been a resident of New Mexico since 1987 when he moved here to develop and provide administrative support to Health Plus of New Mexico for Presbyterian and St Joseph Hospitals, which became Presbyterian Health Plan. Until being acquired by Molina HealthCare, Inc. in 2004, Jerry was the President of Health Care Horizons, the parent company of Cimarron Health Plan; an HMO, and HCH Administration, a TPA or third party administrator both headquartered in Albuquerque. He was the President of HealthPlus of Michigan, from its inception in 1979 through December 1986. During his career, he developed HMOs in Michigan, Puerto Rico and New Mexico and been involved in health care for over 30 years.

Mr. Landgraf is a graduate of Iowa State University and received his MBA degree from the University of North Florida. He is a past chairman and director of the American Medical Care and Review Association and served on the board of American Health Insurance Plans, a national association representing the majority of American health insurance companies and managed health care organizations. Jerry and his wife Barbara have four children, two living in Albuquerque and two in Maryland.
